I bought the 2-pack so I could keep one at home and one at my office. The targeted warmth around the ankle and Achilles area feels far better than the flat heating pad I was using before.
Fast delivery, well packed and easy to use straight away with the UK plug. The three heat settings are useful, and the wrap stays in place while I sit at my desk.
From a comfort perspective, the dedicated wrap design makes sense. It provides more focused heat than a generic pad, especially around the Achilles region during evening rest.
Very good quality and the soft lining is comfortable against the skin. My only minor criticism is that it is best used while seated, but for sofa time it has been excellent.
I previously tried a Comfier product and found it too general. This feels much more ankle-specific, and having two wraps in the set makes it much better value for our household.
I use it after five-a-side football when my ankle feels stiff the next morning. The heat is consistent and the auto shut-off is reassuring, though I would also love a rechargeable version for travel.
